  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and the ability to create effective training materials.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to tailor training programs to diverse industries and client needs.

Job Description: As a Remote Communication Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the call center agents possess the necessary communication skills to deliver outstanding service to our clients’ customers. You will be responsible for training agents on various aspects of communication, including voice, accent, tone, and language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance agents’ communication skills.
  2. Conduct assessments to identify agents’ strengths and areas for improvement in communication.

  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on communication-related topics and provide guidance to colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in training or coaching in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of voice and accent training techniques, including phonetics and pronunciation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and deliver engaging training sessions through virtual platforms.
